The complete renovation of this old flat has resulted in a total transformation. It started from an outdated layout, with small rooms and little natural light, giving way to an open and functional contemporary design.
Unnecessary partitions were removed, electrical and plumbing installations were renewed, and modern materials such as microcement, glass, and natural wood were chosen. The result: a bright, spacious home prepared for the demands of modern living.
From Old Flat to Contemporary Home
The complete renovation of this old flat represents much more than a simple aesthetic update: it is an exercise in reinterpreting the space by combining functionality, design, and respect for the past. The project began with a home featuring a fragmented layout, high but poorly utilised ceilings, outdated installations, and an obvious lack of natural light.
The goal was clear: to open up the space, modernise the infrastructure, and give each corner its own identity, aligned with a clean, practical, and elegant contemporary style. To achieve this, interior walls were demolished to unify the kitchen, dining room, and living room into a single open-plan area, dominated by light and visual continuity.
